All About YOU

You’re task oriented. You love keeping busy and you feel best when you know you’ve accomplished a lot. You want to feel needed and important! This job is perfect for you! Without parts runners, our crews would have to take time away from customers in order to go collect parts. You’ll be the hero who swoops in to deliver vital materials so the job can get done!

You’re comfortable spending time alone in the car, but you’ll still be part of a TEAM. Speaking of cars, you’ll get a company vehicle and a gas card, so you don’t have to worry about putting mileage on your car or spending your own money on gas!

You’ve never been called lazy! You’re the kind of person to always offer to help. The people in the warehouse will love you for that! They could always use more help, and as a parts runner, when you’re not picking up or delivering equipment, you’ll be in the warehouse helping out. Sometimes, you’ll have to operate a forklift. If you already have a forklift certification, that’s great! If not, that’s not a problem at all—we can get you certified!

You love learning new things and growing. When someone presents you with a challenge you’ve never faced before, you take the initiative to learn how to accomplish the task at hand. You aren’t discouraged easily, and you take every opportunity you can to grow.

Fast-paced environments don’t intimidate you. You find them exciting! Why have one project at a time when you could have multiple? If you’re getting excited about the idea of having such an exciting and active work environment, you’re exactly who we want!

There’s no one out there quite like you, and there’s no company out there quite like us. Did you know Morris-Jenkins even won the Charlotte Observer’s “Top Workplace” award in 2016, 2018, and 2019?
