Underpaid. Overworked. Unappreciated.
Do these sound like you?
Can we pay you more? Say… $85,000 to over $100,000?
Can we give you some rest? Celebrate you?
We’d sure like to.
Are you a talented and experienced plumber with an excellent eye for details?
Morris-Jenkins is looking for a new Lead Plumbing Installer, and you seem like the perfect fit!
The Short Version
You’re excited about the opportunity, and you wanna start with the main points:
Wanna learn more about this opportunity? We’d love to tell you why this is a great fit for you!
Is it true some companies allow employees to drive beat-up trucks with dents, drips, and dings? We couldn’t imagine something like that! At Morris-Jenkins, you’ll get a nice, shiny box truck with mileage so low a kid could count to it.
You’ve sacrificed hobbies, rest, and even quality time with loved ones. You’re experienced and hardworking, but your schedule is ridiculous. Let’s fix that! While we’re at it, we’re going to pay you more because you’re worth more. Our Plumber Lead Installers make an average of $85,000, and top earners make over $100k!
Medical, Dental, Vision, Long & Short-Term Disability, Life, and Accident and Cancer Insurance with FSA/HSA, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan are all available. We don’t want you to worry about a thing.
Remember how I knew you work long hours? Morris-Jenkins will give you plenty of paid days off, as well as 7 paid holidays. Not only that, but in order to save you more time, we’ll wash your free uniforms... for free.
Even though you have three or so years of plumbing experience and you already have a strong knowledge of things such as state and local codes/regulations, there is always room to grow. All technicians attend weekly training, but we make sure training is fun! Sometimes, there’s even free food!
All About YOU
You’re one of the best! Water heaters, filtration systems, drains, sewers, water and gas lines, maybe even tankless water heaters… you could probably work on them blindfolded! Please don’t try that though. We believe you. :)
As one of the more experienced plumbers, you’ll have opportunities to help those who are just starting their plumbing careers. I’m sure they’ll admire you just as much as we do!
You understand that doing the job well sometimes takes time. You’d rather take as long as you need to do the job right, and we like that! This isn’t a “hurry up and get it done” job! Take the time you need to do right by the customer.
Morris-Jenkins is working on changing the view people have of tradesmen, and you could be a part of that! Being a plumber is something you can be proud of. Sewage leaks can lead to disease, and Carbon monoxide (CO) leaks can kill entire families without warning. As a plumber, you can ensure families have safe plumbing—you can save lives.
What to Expect
As a Lead Plumbing Installer:
The people at Morris-Jenkins are so happy here, they even voted us for Charlotte Observer’s “Top Workplace” award in 2016, 2018, and 2019! We have HUGE company breakfasts, fiestas, contests, and more!
Our plumbers are champions, and we like to celebrate that.
Ready to show us your best?
