SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:  Provide front desk reception support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Primarily responsible for greeting and assisting anyone that enters the front lobby, notifying appropriate employees, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, as well as additional clerical duties.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet, host, provide support for customers, visitors, solicitors, and employees
  • Notify appropriate employees of their guest’s arrival
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, as well as assist in processing outgoing mail
  • Pick-up, drop-off, prepare postage/labels for mail/UPS/FedEx, courier services, etc.
  • Respond and follow through to requests for information and communicate with all levels of management with minimal supervision
  • Complete administrative projects, as requested
  • Exercise discretion with inquiries and requests
  • All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by supervisor/manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience with executive administrative support and reporting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Attentive listening skills, sharp memory, strong organizational skills, and proactive execution
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Keen ability to work accurately, efficiently, and manage multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior front desk reception experience
  • Additional years of experience in customer service
  • College degree
