Plumbing Supervisor

  • Are you a Licensed Plumbing Contractor (NC/SC) that would like to help us launch our brand new full-service Plumbing Department?
  • Are you a leader that would like to supervise the Plumbing team and provide training?

Does up to 4 weeks paid time off sound okay to you? And the money is good. Extremely good. In fact, the money is exactly as good as you are.

I want you to come to work for me. My name is Dewey Jenkins. As you know, Morris-Jenkins is one of the most respected HVAC companies in America. Now we're into full-service plumbing and frankly, our plumbing division has taken off so fast I can barely hang on. It's like trying to hold onto a jet during takeoff!

We have high standards at Morris-Jenkins but we don't have a lot of rules. We're a local, family-owned business and we're deeply committed to our people.

I want you to be one of them.

Aside from being the most fun place you've ever worked (or even heard of,) you're going to receive great benefits at Morris-Jenkins:

We have a Tool Purchasing Program because we want you to have great tools. That's why we're going to put $1,000 into your tool purchasing account on the day you start work at Morris-Jenkins. We provide weekly training, continuing education, AND we're willing to assist you in getting your NC and SC Master Plumbing License. In addition to all this, you'll be given top-notch technical support 24/7. There will always be someone available to help you. At Morris-Jenkins, we've got your back.

And then there are the small things, like:

Fine-quality uniforms furnished and paid for by the company.

A company truck to take home every night

And a Smart Phone provided by the company.

Now let's talk about your family...

We have a top tier Benefits plan, including:

Short & Long Term Disability
Flexible Medical and Child Care Spending Plan
401(k) Savings Plan for retirement

And you'll have lots of opportunities for advancement.
