SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Primarily responsible for assisting in the installation and removal of water heaters, tankless water heaters, and water filtration systems.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Observes and assists in plumbing installations, which include water heaters, tankless water heaters, and water filtration systems
  • Provides excellent customer service while properly addressing customer issues and ensuring effective, long-term problem resolution
  • Actively engages and participates in the plumbing installation process to gain knowledge needed to further advance
  • Keeps personal tools and equipment operable and up to date
  • Maintains professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • No prior plumbing experience required
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot and understand technical concepts
  • Familiar & skilled in the safe use of basic hand tools
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer & technology skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
  • Must pass extensive criminal background check
  • Must have an insurable driving record & valid driver license
  • Able to meet Physical Demands and tolerate the physical Work Environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience with customer service or sales
  • Prior Plumbing experience
